Monday Morning Memo

As we come closer to the end of the year, I would love to celebrate the culmination of all the hard work our teachers, parents, and students have put into making our school a thriving music program.  With the wide variety of musical performances we have put on in the last week,  I am extremely proud of everyone.  You make our school a tremendous place for students to learn music!!!!

Report cards-

Data for report cards will need to be uploaded by Wednesday, 6/5/19 end of the day.  Tra-Viecia  will print report cards for staff during the talent show on Friday, 5/7/19 from 8:00-10:00 (Copier will not be available during this time).

ESY-
As a reminder, we will be having ESY for Special Education students this summer from Monday, July 22nd-Friday, August 16th.  With the timing, you will have access into your classrooms as of Monday, August 19th (prep days will be Wednesday, August 21st-Friday, August 23rd and the first day of school will be Monday, August 26th).

The ESY teachers will need access to any district items in your classroom including your laptops (they will need them to access the Promethean boards.

If you have any personal belongings, I recommend you locking them up or taking them home.  Please see Jessie to give you ideas or options to lock up and secure your items.

W 6/5- 5th grade awards assembly @ 8:00 in the auditorium, prep (report cards, data due by end of day), End of the Year Party 3:00-5:00 pm

TH 6/6/- Tessaro/Macker to SD County Fair, Nichols @ PB LibraryFire Drill @ 1:15, Modernization Task Force Meeting in the auditorium from 6:00-8:00 pm

F 6/7- All school Talent Show @ 8:00, 5th grade promotion practice @ 11:00 in the auditorium, Cluster Meeting @ 6:00 @ MBHS

6/10-6/12  ***Last Week of School***

M 6/10- 5th grade promotion practice @ 8:00, 5th Grade Day at the Bay Field Trip @ 9:00-2:10

T 6/11- LAST DAY of school, Minimum Day

W 6/12- Teacher’s report in for a regular contract day to close
