Monday Morning Memo

Week of 1/7-1/11

 Welcome back, I hope you have had a wonderful Winter Break and you have had the opportunity to spent some quality time with your friends and family.  I also hope that you have had some time to recharge.  Please ensure that you review the calendar below to be aware of the events that will be coming up very soon. 

Although Santa and The Elf on the Shelf have gone back to their homes in the north, we have some good work ahead of us.  I look forward to continuing learning with you to ultimately support all of our students.

Instructional Focus-

I will be continuing to observe Tier1 instructional practices throughout the next couple of weeks.  I will also be collecting data on Guided Reading.  At this point, your daily/weekly schedule has been updated to ensure that I come in the appropriate time frame for guided reading.

Th 1/17- Math Coaching Cycle observations @ 8:30 in various classrooms, Lockdown drill 1:30 pm, Dr. Seuss Week Planning Meeting in parent room @ 2:15

F 1/18- Day of Nutrition (Mai, Sanchez, Macker, Tessaro) 8:00-11:00
